Apply & track with Apply EdgeJOB OBJECTIVE The Corporate Strategy Specialist supports the development and execution of AMMROC’s corporate strategy, five-year Business Plan, business transformation initiatives and Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). The role provides analytical, research and coordination support across strategic planning, corporate performance, transformation, market intelligence and business continuity activities. The Specialist develops analyses, business cases, dashboards and management presentations to support informed decision-making and effective execution of AMMROC’s strategic priorities.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESStrategic Planning & Business PlanningSupport the development and periodic refresh of AMMROC’s corporate strategy and five-year Business Plan / LRP.Consolidate and analyze strategic, financial, operational, workforce and investment inputs from relevant functions.Support the translation of strategic priorities into measurable initiatives, targets and KPIs.Track performance against the Business Plan and strategic KPIs, and prepare analysis of key variances, risks and emerging trends.Validate and reconcile strategic and performance data with relevant functional owners to ensure accuracy and consistency of management reporting.Business Transformation & Performance ImprovementSupport cross-functional business transformation and performance improvement initiatives.Assist in developing initiative objectives, business cases, milestones, KPIs and expected benefits.Track implementation, performance and benefits realization and highlight risks, dependencies and delays.Analyze opportunities to improve productivity, cost efficiency, processes and organizational effectiveness.Strategic Analysis & Market IntelligencePerform financial, operational and strategic analysis to support management decisions and corporate initiatives.Develop business cases, scenario analyses, financial models and supporting recommendations.Conduct research on aerospace, defense and MRO markets, customers, platforms, OEMs, competitors and industry developments.Support benchmarking, capability assessments and evaluation of growth and investment opportunities.Translate data and research into concise insights for management decision-making.Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)Support the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of AMMROC’s BCMS.Coordinate with functional owners in maintaining Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and related documentation.Support Business Continuity exercises, testing, readiness assessments and awareness activities.Maintain BCMS records and track risks, findings, corrective actions and improvement opportunities.Support BCMS audits, management reviews and certification or surveillance activities, as applicable.Executive & Management SupportPrepare strategic presentations, dashboards, reports and decision-support materials for management.Support preparation of Board, shareholder and strategic governance materials.Maintain accurate and timely reporting of strategic initiatives, transformation activities and corporate performance.Coordinate inputs from relevant functions and ensure consistency and quality of information.Support priority strategic projects and management requests as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIESMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Strategic Management or a related discipline from a recognized institution.Postgraduate qualifications in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy or related disciplines are advantageous.Professional certifications in Strategic Management, Project Management, Business Continuity Management, Business Analysis, Change Management, Lean Six Sigma or related disciplines are advantageous.Minimum ExperienceMinimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, business transformation, management consulting, finance, business analysis, business planning or related disciplines.Experience in strategic and financial analysis, business planning, performance reporting, market research, business cases or transformation initiatives is preferred.Exposure to Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS), Business Impact Analysis, continuity planning or ISO 22301 principles is advantageous.Experience within aerospace, defense, aviation MRO or another complex industrial environment is advantageous.Job-Specific SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret financial and operational information.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including financial analysis, data visualization and executive presentations.Ability to conduct structured research and translate information into clear insights and recommendations.Strong communication, organization and stakeholder coordination skills.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear and professional reports and presentations. Arabic language capability is preferred.High degree of discretion when handling sensitive corporate, commercial and defense-related information.Proactive, detail-oriented and results-focused approach; demonstrates integrity, accountability, collaboration and willingness to learn.
