Our data-driven insights fuel decision-making and provide comprehensive support for both acquisition and being acquired, ensuring you are covered from every angle—360°About Our Client:premier market - ethnic foods and FMCG companyWhat you'll do:Lead central export supply planning & S&OP across 38+ manufacturing plants across India.Partner with domestic plant heads to protect, prioritize, and schedule export production batches without domestic volume trade-offs.Drive capacity utilization and multi-shift scale-up at dedicated export production facilities Oversee country-specific packaging, labelling, and regulatory compliances (GCC/UAE mandates, UK/EU norms, US FDA, export barcodes, and multilingual packs).Partner with commercial teams to model landed product costs (RM + PM + conversion + shipping/freight + distributor margin structures).Manage international shipping lines, freight forwarders, container allocation, and port clearance to achieve >95% OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery.Build, mentor, and lead plant-level export supply chain and logistics teams.We're looking for someone who:10 to 18+ years of core Supply Chain / Operations experience in FMCG, Packaged Foods, Confectionery, or Beverages.Proven track record of managing supply chain operations across a large, distributed multi-plant network (20+ to 30+ factories) from a corporate office.Hands-on experience in large-scale export operations Deep expertise in international trade compliance, container logistics, port operations, and country-specific packaging guidelines.Strong commercial acumen with expertise in landed cost economics, freight negotiations, and margin analysis.Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills to influence plant heads and business leaders.Degree in Engineering / Science with an MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain / Operations Management (preferred).
