Join us in building future-ready talent by designing and delivering impactful technical learning experiences that enable professionals to thrive in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.Your RoleAs a Technical Learning Specialist, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging technical learning programs that strengthen full-stack development capabilities for freshers and lateral hires.In this role, you will:Deliver dynamic and interactive technical learning sessions with a strong focus on hands-on projects and real-world application.Design and develop comprehensive learning curricula, training materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with business and learning objectives.Facilitate training on full-stack development technologies including frontend, backend, and modern web frameworks.Mentor and coach learners to enhance coding proficiency, technical expertise, and problem-solving capabilities.Monitor learner progress, evaluate performance, and provide actionable feedback to support continuous improvement.Create engaging learning experiences using practical scenarios, case studies, and project-based learning methodologies.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and align learning interventions with organizational requirements.Support learning innovation by incorporating emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices into training programs.Your ProfileProven experience in technical training, learning delivery, or capability development with a focus on full-stack technologies.Strong fundamentals in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web development practices.Hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.Experience working with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular and React.Knowledge of backend technologies including Node.js and Express.js.Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and MongoDB.Understanding of Microservices architecture and modern application development principles.Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated ability to effectively train, mentor, and guide both freshers and experienced professionals.What you'll love about working hereYou can shape your career with us.
