The Corporate Trainer will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs focused on technical and professional skill development for learners and corporate partners. Daily responsibilities include conducting classroom and workshop sessions, developing training materials and presentations, assessing learner performance, and providing constructive feedback and coaching. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and industry experts to align training content with current industry requirements, documenting training outcomes, and maintaining accurate records. The Corporate Trainer is expected to support participants in building confidence, applying concepts through hands-on activities, and preparing for successful performance in their roles.
