Corporate Trainer

Staffing Now is seeking an experienced Claims Trainer to lead new-hire onboarding, deliver ongoing employee training, and ensure consistent claim handling and adherence to established procedures. The ideal candidate has strong coaching, communication, and presentation skills, with experience in a call center or claims-related environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain training materials, manuals, and job aids.Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for new and existing employees.Monitor employee performance, attendance, and training progress.Conduct assessments and identify skill gaps and development opportunities.Provide coaching, feedback, and one-on-one support to employees.Partner with leadership and auditors on refresher training, quality improvement, and operational needs.Serve as a subject matter resource for claims processing, procedures, and systems.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer, Auditor, Team Lead, SME, or Supervisor in a call center environment.Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to navigate multiple systems.Strong presentation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask, adapt to change, and evaluate employee performance.
