Corporate Trainer – Generative AI (Microsoft Copilot & Google Gemini)📍 Location: Gurugram / Delhi NCR💼 Experience: 6+ Years🕒 Employment Type: Full-time / Contract / FreelanceAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Corporate AI Trainer who can conduct engaging, hands-on training sessions for corporate professionals on Generative AI tools, particularly Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini.The trainer should be able to simplify AI concepts, demonstrate real-world business use cases, and help employees leverage AI tools to improve productivity, collaboration, and efficiency across different business functions.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct corporate training sessions on Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini for employees across different functions.Design and deliver customized training programs based on organizational requirements and audience skill levels.Demonstrate practical use cases of Copilot across MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.Train participants on Google Gemini and its integration with Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and other Google Workspace tools.Teach effective prompt engineering techniques and best practices for generating accurate and useful AI outputs.Demonstrate how AI can support content creation, data analysis, presentations, research, reporting, and workflow automation.Conduct interactive workshops, live demonstrations, exercises, and hands-on assignments.Develop training materials, presentations, guides, and practical exercises.Assess participant learning outcomes and provide feedback.Explain responsible AI usage, data privacy, security, and limitations of AI tools.Required Skills & Qualifications3–6 years of experience in corporate training, technology training, digital transformation, or a related field.Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini.Good understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and Google Workspace.Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and Generative AI use cases.Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Experience delivering training to corporate teams and senior professionals.Ability to create structured training content and practical learning exercises.Good to HaveMicrosoft Copilot certification or relevant Microsoft 365 expertise.Google Workspace / Gemini certification or relevant training experience.Knowledge of AI automation tools and workflow integration.Experience conducting AI awareness sessions and enterprise AI adoption workshops.Ideal CandidateSomeone who is passionate about Generative AI, stays updated with emerging AI tools, and can translate AI capabilities into practical business productivity improvements through engaging corporate training.📩 Interested candidates: Apply through LinkedIn or share your profile with us.#Hiring #CorporateTrainer #MicrosoftCopilot #GoogleGemini #GenerativeAI #AITraining #PromptEngineering #CorporateTraining #DigitalTransformation
