🚨 We’re Hiring | Corporate Travel Consultant📍 Abu Dhabi, UAE🏢 Tourism 365, an ADNEC Group company💼 Full-TimeAre you passionate about travel and delivering exceptional customer experiences?Join Tourism 365 and support our customers with personalised travel solutions, seamless bookings, and professional service throughout their journey.What You’ll Do• Understand customers’ travel requirements and recommend suitable travel-related solutions.• Arrange and confirm flights, hotels, transfers, travel insurance, and other travel services.• Prepare customised itineraries and provide accurate quotations.• Process reservations, ticketing, reissuances, cancellations, and refunds.• Advise customers on destinations, visa requirements, travel regulations, and fare conditions.• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide support before, during, and after travel.• Maintain accurate booking records and ensure compliance with company procedures.• Build strong customer relationships and contribute to achieving sales and service targets.What You’ll Bring• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.• Previous experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar reservations and ticketing role.• Hands-on experience using a Global Distribution System, such as Amadeus or Sabre, is mandatory.• Strong knowledge of airline reservations, fares, ticketing, and travel documentation.• Excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills.• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bookings.• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.📩 Interested candidates are invited to apply directly through LinkedIn.#Hiring #TravelConsultant #Tourism365 #TravelJobs #AbuDhabi
