- Assist our corporate clients in making professional and accurate business travel arrangements;
- Manage bookings for air, hotel and car hire organizing transfers, travel insurance and visas for business travelers;
- Work as a team member and assist other agents as needed in completing all functions related to servicing the client;
- You will research and solve problems related to reservations, providing priority wait-listing, preferred seat selection and upgrade management as requested by customers
- You will make recommendations regarding efficient and alternate routes, lowest available fares, booking classes, exchange rates and travel products and services’
- Monitor and manage the air e-mail folder and GDS queues for the program;
- Appropriately respond to customers inquiries;
- Seek assistance from others for the resolution as appropriate;
- Offer suggestions to the customer anticipating their needs;
- Maintain favorable working relationships with accounts and all of their company employees;We are looking for a colleague with:
- Previous business/corporate travel experience;
- Minimum of 2 years Amadeus GDS experience is REQUIRED – (SABRE GDS competence is a plus);
- Experience with GDS systems, ability to read, define and apply fare rules, taxes and hub utilization;
- English language proficiency (a second foreign language is an advantage);
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education diploma (tourism studies are an advantage);
- Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team;
- A high level of attention to detail and orientation towards finding solutions;
- Strong time management skills and professionalism;
