Because of this, we have fostered an environment which allows each Standard Hospitality Group employee to thrive and reach their utmost potential.The Corporate Treasury Manager is responsible for managing the Group's liquidity planning, funding requirements, debt and investments, foreign exchange exposure, insurance portfolio, banking relationships, and payment-channel economics. The role ensures adequate liquidity and funding capacity to support operations and expansion while optimizing financing costs, investment returns, banking fees, foreign exchange costs, and financial risks. The position provides forward-looking Treasury analysis and recommendations to the Treasury Head and CFO and works closely with Treasury Operations to ensure effective execution of approved Treasury strategies.A. Cash & Liquidity Management
- Prepare and maintain the Group's consolidated cash and liquidity forecast.
- Maintain a rolling 13-week cash-flow forecast and identify potential funding gaps or excess liquidity.
- Monitor actual versus forecast cash flows and investigate significant variances.B. Funding & Debt Management
- Develop and maintain the Group's funding plan based on operating, working-capital, CAPEX, and expansion requirements.
- Ensure funding requirements are identified sufficiently ahead of required dates.
- Evaluate financing alternatives and recommend appropriate funding sources, tenor, and structure.C. Investments & Surplus Cash Management
- Manage short-term placements of surplus cash within approved policies and limits.
- Solicit and compare investment quotations from accredited banks.
- Recommend placements based on liquidity, security, yield, and maturity requirements.D. Foreign Exchange & Hedging
- Consolidate and forecast the Group's foreign-currency exposures and settlement requirements.
- Obtain and compare competitive FX quotations from banking partners.
- Recommend timing and execution of foreign-currency purchases.E. Banking & Financial Institution Management
- Manage strategic relationships with the Group's banking partners and support the Treasury Head in major negotiations.
- Maintain and periodically evaluate bank facilities, services, pricing, and service performance.
- Optimize the Group's bank-account structure and identify opportunities to reduce bank fees.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. CPA, CMA, CFA, CTP, or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.5–8 years of relevant experience in Corporate Treasury, Cash Management, Corporate Finance, or Banking. Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.Demonstrated experience in cash-flow forecasting, funding, and bank-facility management.Experience in retail, F&B, consumer, or multi-site organizations is an advantage.SAP B1 or comparable ERP experience preferred.Must be willing to work onsite from Monday to Friday in Mandaluyong City.
