Location: noidaInterested candidates can send your Cv at *hr.jobsshines@gmail.com* and Dm meJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Cost and Works Accountant to manage product costing, inventory, budgeting, variance analysis, reporting, and cost control.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare product and service cost sheets.Monitor costs, budgets, and variances.Track inventory, WIP, consumption, and wastage.Coordinate with purchase, stores, and production teams.Prepare monthly MIS, cost reports, and expense analyses.Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and audits.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost control.Provide cost and profitability analysis for management decisions.Required SkillsKnowledge of cost accounting, product costing, BOM, WIP, and inventory valuation.Understanding of budgeting, variance analysis, and MIS reporting.Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally cloud/google sheets/excel sheets.Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and coordination skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Experience & Qualifications2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing.B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.CMA Inter/Final or Cost Accountant preferred.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Accurate cost sheets, inventory records, and variance reports.Timely MIS reporting and reconciliations.Effective cost control and audit support.
