Planning & Cost Control Section Head
Location: New DamiettaWorking Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMJob ResponsibilitiesLead the Cost Control & Planning team and oversee daily activities.Develop and monitor project budgets, cost plans, and schedules.Track project progress, actual costs, commitments, and cash flow.Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis.Monitor project schedules, critical activities, and delays.Review variations, change orders, and their cost/schedule impact.Coordinate with Construction, Technical Office, Procurement, and Finance teams.Provide management with accurate project performance reports and recommendations.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.8–12 years of experience in Cost Control, Planning, or Project Controls within construction/real estate.Previous experience in a Section Head or Senior Project Controls role is preferred.Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, Excel, cost control, budgeting, and planning.Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
