Location: Dammam, Saudi ArabiaSalary: Up to SAR 12,600 per monthThe OpportunityTalentHive is partnering exclusively with a well-established and diversified Saudi group as it continues a significant transformation and Saudization programme across its businesses.As part of the continued strengthening of its PMO and cost-control capability, we are looking for an experienced Saudi Cost Control Engineer to join the organisation in Dammam.This is an opportunity to join a large, operationally diverse business and play an important role in strengthening cost visibility, budgeting, forecasting and financial control across projects and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Cost Control Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting effective cost planning, monitoring and control, including:Monitor actual expenditure and commitments against approved budgetsSupport the preparation of budgets, forecasts and cost plansTrack project and operational costs and identify variances, trends and potential overrunsPerform detailed cost and variance analysisPrepare regular cost-control reports and management informationSupport forecasting and provide visibility of expected financial performanceMaintain accurate cost information within relevant systems and reporting toolsWork closely with PMO, Finance and operational stakeholdersSupport improvements to cost-control processes, reporting and governanceWhat We’re Looking ForSaudi NationalBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management5+ years of experience in Cost Control, Cost Engineering, Project Cost Management or a closely related areaProven hands-on experience in budgeting, cost tracking and variance analysisStrong knowledge of cost-control systems, tools and reporting methodologiesStrong analytical capability with the ability to interpret cost data and identify performance issuesExperience within a PMO or multi-project environment would be advantageousProfessional certifications such as CCP, PMP or a similar cost-management qualification are preferred but not essentialWhy Consider This Opportunity?You’ll be joining a major Saudi organisation with diverse operations at an important stage of its transformation and continued investment in Saudi professional talent.The role provides exposure to a complex operating environment and the opportunity to contribute directly to stronger cost-control, planning and performance-management practices, while developing your career within an evolving PMO function.Salary: Up to SAR 12,600 per month
