Cost Control (F&B)

Job Description:Monitoring stock mutations at outlets and warehouses in the system, and coordinating related issues regarding stock mutations.Review the movement of the cost of goods sold (%) and its analysis.Monitoring inventory price movements.Ensuring that all departments can effectively implement every cost control policy and procedure.Conducting system training for relevant store employees.Analyzing Stock Opname based on the results of stock opname from each store.Coordinating with Stock Keeper PICs and Store Managers or MODs for any emerging issues.Ensuring that the addition of new Product Masters & new BOMs is correct and added to the system promptly.Generating weekly and monthly cost control reports and other reports to support relevant divisions.Ensuring all documents/Memos are complete and well-preserved.Assisting in providing necessary data support for both External and Internal AuditsRequirement:Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or related field2 years of work experience in same level related field preferredMust have spoken and written in EnglishExcellent data management and data analysis skillsUnderstanding cost control, budgeting, and accounting program
