Role Description The Field Auditor role is a part-time hybrid position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The Field Auditor will conduct on-site and remote audits to assess compliance with institutional policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Daily responsibilities include reviewing documentation, performing field inspections, gathering and analyzing data, and preparing clear audit reports with actionable recommendations. The role involves collaborating with different departments, providing feedback to stakeholders, and supporting follow-up activities to ensure corrective actions are implemented. The Field Auditor is also expected to help improve internal controls, identify risk areas, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of operational efficiency.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and assess compliance and risk.Effective communication skills to present findings, write reports, and engage with diverse stakeholders.Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose issues, propose solutions, and support process improvements.Customer service skills to interact professionally with departments and respond to inquiries and audit-related requests.Training skills to support awareness sessions, explain audit processes, and guide teams on best practices.Attention to detail, integrity, and a high level of professional ethics in handling confidential information.Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple assignments.Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field; professional auditing certifications (e.g., CIA, CISA) are an advantage.Previous experience in auditing, compliance, or quality assurance within academic or public sector institutions is preferred.
