Cost Control Manager

Elegancia Arabia is seeking an experienced Cost Control Manager to oversee project cost planning, monitoring, forecasting, and performance management for large-scale construction projects in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project budgets, cost plans, forecasts, and cash-flow projections.Establish cost-control procedures, reporting systems, and performance indicators.Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) to monitor cost and schedule performance.Prepare cost estimates, cost-to-complete forecasts, and variance analyses.Monitor commitments, expenditures, subcontractor costs, and change orders.Identify potential cost overruns and recommend timely corrective actions.Prepare monthly cost reports and management presentations.Support tendering, commercial evaluations, and business development activities.Review project profitability, risks, opportunities, and commercial performance.Coordinate with project management, planning, procurement, finance, and commercial teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 10 years of experience in cost control, cost estimation, and project financial management.Strong knowledge and practical experience in Earned Value Management.Proven involvement in business development, tendering, or commercial proposal preparation.Demonstrated record of delivering large-scale construction projects in the GCC, ideally in Saudi Arabia.Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, and risk management.Proficiency in relevant cost-control and project management software.Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
