Senior Cost Control Manager – MEP | EPC Civil Infrastructure Company – UAE Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Employment Type: Permanent Salary: Estimated AED 30,000/month, negotiablePROCER is recruiting on behalf of its client, a major EPC Civil Infrastructure contractor in the UAE, for an experienced Senior Cost Control Manager – MEP.RequirementsMinimum 12–15 years’ experience in Cost Control / Project Controls.At least 5 years in a senior Cost Control role.Strong EPC construction cost control experience, with significant exposure to MEP packages/projects.UAE/GCC experience – Minimum 3 yearsStrong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, EAC/ETC, cash flow and variance analysis.Experience with subcontractor costs, procurement, variations and change control.Key ResponsibilitiesManage MEP project budgets, forecasts and cost reports.Monitor actual costs, commitments and expenditure.Prepare EAC/ETC and cash-flow forecasts.Analyse variances and identify potential cost overruns.Track procurement, subcontractor and manpower costs.Monitor variations, claims and scope changes.Coordinate with Project, Commercial, Procurement, Planning and Finance teams.
