- Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs (F&B Cost).
- Monitor inventory, conduct stock audits, and analyze variances and waste.
- Review recipe costing and menu item costs.
- Track purchasing prices and analyze cost variances.
- Prepare and submit periodic cost reports and provide recommendations to improve performance.🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Practical experience in cost control and cost analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and reporting.
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control procedures.🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the restaurant or F&B industry.
- Familiarity with ERP and POS systems.
- Experience working with multi-branch restaurant chains.
