Cost Controller and Purchasing

We are looking for an experienced Cost Controller & Purchaser with a strong background in the F&B industry to manage food costing, inventory control, purchasing, supplier coordination, and margin analysis across our operations.Key Responsibilities* Monitor food cost, COGS, gross profit, and product margins.* Prepare and maintain recipe costing and BOMs.* Review purchase prices and analyze cost fluctuations.* Conduct and supervise stock counts and investigate inventory variances.* Monitor wastage, stock losses, and consumption.* Coordinate purchasing requirements with kitchen, butchery, and operations teams.* Source suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure competitive purchasing terms.* Prepare and follow up purchase orders and supplier deliveries.* Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records in SAP/ERP.* Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment without overstocking.* Review supplier invoices against purchase orders, GRPOs, and agreed prices.* Prepare cost-control reports and highlight areas requiring corrective action.Requirements* Previous experience in F&B cost control and purchasing is required.* Strong knowledge of inventory management, recipe costing, BOMs, and food-cost analysis.* Good understanding of purchasing procedures and supplier negotiation.* Experience with SAP or another ERP system is preferred.* Strong Excel and analytical skills.* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.* UAE F&B experience is preferred.Candidates with relevant experience may send their CV to +971 50 367 9344.
