Join EWAA Hotels to contribute to achieving its vision and mission of excellence and community service.Role Description The Cost Controller will be responsible for monitoring hotel costs, controlling F&B expenses, analyzing variances, and ensuring effective cost management in line with company policies and financial standards. Key Responsibilities Monitor and control Food & Beverage costs and operational expenses. Review purchasing, receiving, issuing, and inventory processes. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock balances. Analyze cost variances and prepare periodic cost reports. Monitor food and beverage consumption and wastage. Ensure proper costing of menus, recipes, and products. Coordinate with Finance, F&B, Kitchen, Purchasing, and Stores departments. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards. Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Cost Control, preferably within the hotel/hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of F&B Cost Control and Inventory Management. Experience with hotel accounting systems and MS Excel. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Hotel experience is required.
