Team members join a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment that supports professional growth in the claims and restoration sectors.Role Description The Cost Estimator at Innotec Claims is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for restoration and insurance claims using industry-standard tools and data. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing project specifications, reviewing documentation, collaborating with internal teams and clients to clarify scope, and identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and compliance. The Cost Estimator will track and update budgets, support cost control throughout the project lifecycle, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and claim outcomes. This position requires consistent attention to detail, timely delivery of estimates, and clear, professional communication.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Cost Management and Cost Control skills to support accurate and efficient claim and project costing.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Project Estimation abilities to interpret data, assess scope, and prepare reliable estimates.Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to plan, monitor, and adjust financial projections across multiple projects.Experience with Xactimate® and/or Symbility™ or similar estimating software is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and proficiency with spreadsheets and relevant digital tools.Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.Prior experience in insurance claims, construction, restoration, or a related industry is an advantage.
