The firm offers a professional environment that values technical excellence and client-focused service.Role Description The Cost Manager role at TPM Williams is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. This role involves preparing, reviewing, and managing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects across multiple sectors. The Cost Manager will monitor project costs, track variations, and support value engineering to achieve cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with project managers, design teams, and client representatives, analyzing tender documents, participating in contract negotiations, and advising on cost risks and mitigation strategies. The role also requires maintaining accurate cost data, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of cost management processes.Qualifications Strong cost management and quantity surveying skills, including cost estimating, budgeting, and cost control.Proficiency in construction project financial analysis, tender evaluation, and contract administration.Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation, and support value engineering initiatives.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams.High level of numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving capabilities.Experience in major construction sectors such as commercial, mixed-use, residential, infrastructure, or oil and gas is highly beneficial.Familiarity with cost management and project control software, as well as MS Office tools.Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., RICS or equivalent) are an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and adapt to local industry standards and regulations.
