Cost Manager | RiyadhLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaSector: Project Management Consultancy (PMC)We are currently supporting a leading global Project Management Consultancy (PMC) in the recruitment of an experienced Cost Manager to join a major development programme in Riyadh.About the ProjectA landmark multipurpose venue in the heart of Riyadh, designed to host major sports, entertainment, cultural, and community events. The project is a high-value, complex development designed for long-term flexibility and year-round activation.Key Responsibilities* Lead cost planning, estimating, and value management activities.* Conduct feasibility studies and support procurement and contracting strategies.* Develop and present detailed cost plans and financial reports.* Support contractor procurement, tender evaluation, and contract documentation.* Manage valuations, variations, cost control, and financial reporting throughout construction.* Review and assess contractor claims, delays, and additional costs.* Negotiate final accounts and support contract close-out.* Monitor the cost impact of design changes, contract awards, and client requirements.* Manage key stakeholder relationships and support junior team members.Key Requirements* Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.* Relevant degree qualification.* Strong experience in estimating and pre-contract cost management.* Solid experience in cost planning, procurement, variations, claims, and final accounts.* Previous experience within a PMC / Consultancy environment.* Proven experience on high-value infrastructure or mixed-use developments.* Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.* Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
