Costing Section Head

Job Description Lead and manage the Costing function and ensure accurate and timely product costing. Develop and maintain product cost sheets and BOM costing . Calculate and monitor standard and actual manufacturing costs . Analyze material, labor, and overhead cost variances and provide insights to management. Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization and reduction . Ensure accurate costing of new and existing products . Coordinate with Finance, Production, Procurement, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate costing data. Review inventory valuation and investigate costing discrepancies. Prepare regular costing and management reports and support management decision-making. Ensure proper costing processes and controls within the ERP system. Job Requirements 6–8 years of relevant experience in Cost Accounting within the Food & Beverage or FMCG Manufacturing industry . Strong experience in product costing and manufacturing cost accounting . Experience in preparing and analyzing Costing Reports and Variance Analysis . Good understanding of inventory movements and their impact on product costing and profitability . Experience with ERP systems is required; Odoo experience is highly preferred . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with large sets of financial and operational data. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
