Costing Staff

Job DescriptionPrepare and maintain daily/monthly inventory, production, and costing reports.Prepare weekly standard cost and costing estimates for new products.Monitor inventory movement, stock opname, and inventory variances across plants and depots.Prepare monthly Cost of Manufacturing (CM) reports, including Wheat Cost, Gristing, and Extraction.Perform inventory reconciliation and coordinate with related departments to resolve discrepancies.Support audit processes and provide accurate costing, inventory, and production data.Coordinate with SCM, Warehouse, Operations, R&D, and other related departments.RequirementsBachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting.Fresh graduates are welcome; maximum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.Good understanding of accounting, costing, inventory, and financial reporting.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.SAP knowledge is an advantage.Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with deadlines.Good English communication skills.
