• ⁠ ⁠Provide one-on-one counselling on stress, anxiety, low mood, emotional eating, body image, relationships and life challenges
• ⁠ ⁠Support the emotional side of health conditions: PCOS, thyroid, perimenopause mood changes, fertility stress and chronic fatigue
• ⁠ ⁠Run psychological screenings at onboarding and track progress with validated tools
• ⁠ ⁠Work with dietitians to spot clients who are struggling and help them stay on track
• ⁠ ⁠Design the emotional side of the client journey: onboarding calls, mid-programme check-ins and milestone reviews
• ⁠ ⁠Improve client satisfaction and retention by making clients feel supported, heard and motivated
• ⁠ ⁠Flag clients who would benefit from continuing their programme to the renewals team
• ⁠ ⁠Run group sessions, webinars and workshops on stress, sleep, mindful eating and emotional wellbeing
• ⁠ ⁠Contribute to our YouTube and Instagram content on mental health
• ⁠ ⁠Keep confidential, timely session notes and follow a clear referral process for clients who need psychiatric or crisis careWhat we're looking for
• ⁠ ⁠1-3 years of counselling experience, ideally with women's health, emotional eating or lifestyle conditions
• ⁠ ⁠Trained in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, mindfulness or solution-focused therapy
• ⁠ ⁠Warm, non-judgemental and excellent in Hindi and English
• ⁠ ⁠Comfortable running group sessions and pitching plans for renewals
