The Counselor will conduct individual and, where applicable, group counseling sessions to support clients with emotional, behavioral, academic, or personal challenges. Typical responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing and implementing counseling plans, maintaining accurate and confidential records, and monitoring progress. The role involves providing psychoeducation, crisis intervention when required, and appropriate referrals to external resources or specialists. The Counselor will collaborate with internal teams, participate in case discussions, and contribute to awareness programs, workshops, or training sessions. Regular communication with stakeholders, adherence to ethical standards, and ongoing professional development are expected.Qualifications Relevant academic background such as a master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.Experience in individual and, preferably, group counseling, including assessment, care planning, and follow-up.Strong communication, active listening, and rapport-building abilities with clients from diverse backgrounds.Knowledge of counseling ethics, confidentiality requirements, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.Ability to manage caseloads, maintain accurate documentation, and use basic digital tools for record-keeping.Capacity to work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals, and to participate in workshops or outreach activities.Prior experience in school, college, community, or clinical counseling settings is an advantage.Comfort working on-site in Noida and flexibility to adapt to organizational processes and client needs.
