Our mission is to support parents and children through structured, evidence-based developmental programs.Role Overview: We are looking for an empathetic and persuasive Counsellors to connect with parents, guide them through our child development programs, and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience. You need to be someone who can readily engage and strike up a conversation with parents over phone

Key Responsibilities

Connect with parents over the phone to explain our mental health and child development programs.Understand parental concerns and guide them toward the right program options.Facilitate the end-to-end parent onboarding and enrollment process.Requirements & Qualifications

Location: Preferably based in Kolkata.Education: Any Graduate degree.

Preferably Psychology or Early Childhood DevelopmentExperience: 2+ years of experience in counselling (education or early childhood development)Language Skills: Must be fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English.Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal communication, active listening, and convincing/persuasive skills.
