Role Overview:The JEE Student Counsellor & Mentorship Associate will support government school students preparing for engineering entrance examinations such as JEE. The role involves student counselling, mentorship, academic tracking, career guidance, parent engagement, and coordination with schools and coaching partners to ensure students remain motivated and on track throughout the program.Key responsibilities: Student counselling & mentorshipAcademic trackingParent & school engagementCareer guidanceProgram operationsData Management & reportingRequired SkillsStrong communication skills in Hindi and English.Excellent counselling and interpersonal skills.Ability to motivate and engage students from diverse backgrounds.Strong organizational and documentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/LMS platforms.Ability to analyze student performance data and recommend interventions.Willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts and states.Travel Requirement: Frequent travel to schools, districts, boot camps, and program events across the assigned date.
