The successful candidate will be responsible for counseling students and clients regarding study-abroad opportunities, course selection, admission processes, and visa documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and clients about study-abroad opportunities and suitable destinations.Understand clients’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial circumstances to provide relevant guidance.Provide accurate information about universities, colleges, courses, admission requirements, and application procedures.Assist clients with application preparation, documentation, and submission.Guide clients regarding visa documentation and application procedures.Follow up with clients throughout the admission and visa-processing journey.Maintain regular communication with students, clients, institutions, and relevant partners.Maintain accurate client records and update application status.Meet individual and team targets while maintaining professional service quality.Stay updated on admission requirements, visa procedures, and changes in international education policies.Handle client inquiries professionally through phone, email, social media, and in-person communication.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.Previous experience in education consultancy, student counseling, sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.Good organizational and time-management skills.Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.What We OfferProfessional and supportive working environment.Career growth and learning opportunities.Performance-based incentives.Opportunity to develop expertise in international education and visa consultancy.Dynamic and collaborative workplace.Join MKA Global Consultancy and help students and clients move closer to their global education and career goals.
