Main services include individual counseling for adults and children, psychiatry treatment, couple counseling, group support sessions, psychotherapy, and mental health checkups.Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Counselor or Psychiatrist at mental heal. The professional in this role will conduct confidential individual and group sessions, assess mental health needs, and develop evidence-based treatment and care plans tailored to each client. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing counseling or psychiatric care, maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, and collaborating with other mental health professionals to ensure continuity of care. The role also involves participating in workshops or training programs, contributing to mental health awareness initiatives, and supporting the delivery of compassionate services to individuals and organizations. The Counselor or Psychiatrist is expected to uphold ethical standards, ensure client safety, and maintain a high level of cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse backgrounds.QualificationsLicensed or board-eligible mental health professional (e.g., Counselor, Psychotherapist, Psychiatrist, Clinical Psychologist) with appropriate credentials in the relevant jurisdiction.Demonstrated skills in individual counseling, couple counseling, and group facilitation using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.Experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, including familiarity with psychopharmacology for psychiatrist roles.Strong ability to maintain confidentiality, establish trust, and demonstrate empathy and non-judgmental communication with clients.Competence in documenting clinical encounters, managing electronic records, and working effectively in a remote, technology-enabled environment.Knowledge of mental health awareness, psychoeducation, and the ability to contribute to workshops, trainings, and organizational wellness initiatives.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Psychiatry, or a related field; completion of required supervised clinical hours as applicable.Previous experience providing telehealth or remote mental health services is highly beneficial.Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and sensitivity to clients from varied cultural, social, and economic backgrounds.
