Team members collaborate with diverse industries, authorities, and partners to secure & strengthen clients’ market positions.Role Description The Counterfeit Investigation & Enforcement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is responsible for leading investigations into counterfeit activities, gathering & analyzing evidence, and coordinating enforcement actions with brand owners & Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP). The role involves planning & executing market surveys, monitoring high-risk channels, preparing detailed reports, and maintaining accurate documentation of all cases and operations. The manager will build and maintain relationships with law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders, while guiding internal teams & external partners on best practices in IP & brand protection. The role also includes developing preventive strategies, tracking case outcomes, and contributing to continuous improvement of investigation & enforcement processes.QualificationsStrong investigative skills, including evidence gathering, data analysis, and case documentation in IP or BP contexts.Experience coordinating enforcement actions, working with legal teams, SAIP, other authorities, and external partners on raids, seizures, or other compliance activities.Familiar with SAIP policies, procedures & practices with hands on filing complaints & follow through until enforcement is successfully conducted. Ability to design and oversee market surveys & research projects, interpret findings, and translate insights into practical enforcement strategies.Able to organize & conduct counterfeit identification awareness training sessions for law enforcement inspectors.Excellent Arabic & English written, verbal communication skills for report writing, stakeholder briefings, and cross-functional collaboration.Proven organizational & project management abilities, including prioritization, time management, and handling multiple cases simultaneously.High level of integrity, discretion, and ethical judgment when dealing with sensitive information & complex investigations.Bachelor’s degree in IP Law, Law Enforcement, Criminal Investigations, Business, Marketing, Market Research, Sales, or a related field; advanced certification in IP investigation & protection is advantage.Prior experience in BP, IP enforcement, compliance, or law enforcement is strongly preferred.Comfort working on-site in Riyadh & engaging regularly with field operations, market visits, and external stakeholders, with occasional travel to different cities or abroad as the job requires.Proficiency in standard office and research tools; familiarity with investigation or case-management software is beneficial.
