Counterparty Credit Risk Manager

Our client is a Leading investment group in Hong Kong and global, covering multiple business include capital markets, asset management, and private equity.Job Description· Review credit limit applications and internal credit rating, and provide recommendations to senior management for approval· Assess credit exposures from OTC transactions, comprehensive understanding on reviewing structure lending and bond issuer Credit· Negotiate and review credit terms (ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA)· Prepare daily credit reports and monitor credit exposures. Resolve issues when exceptions occur and properly escalate to senior team members as necessary· Monitor for adverse news about counterparty, credit exposures, and issuer credit quality· Update procedures and prepare credit and risk committee reportsRequirements· 3-10 years of relevant risk management experience in Brokerage / Financial institution· Bachelor Degree holder in Finance, Business or related discipline· Sound understanding of financial products (Equities, Futures & Options, FICC, OTC derivatives)· Good exposure of credit risk management, experienced in credit review· Proficient in Excel / Macro· Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
