Country General Manager

Role Responsibilities and Key Performance Indicators:The employee is responsible for full ownership of iColo’s business performance, P&L, strategic execution and country operations while ensuring alignment with company strategy and shareholder expectations.Key responsibilities include:Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for iColo country operations.Own and manage business P&L performance and operational efficiency.Lead execution of company growth strategy and expansion objectives.Drive revenue growth, operational excellence and profitability.Ensure alignment between local business priorities and Digital Realty/iColo strategy.Provide leadership across departments and ensure strong cross-functional collaboration.Maintain effective relationships with customers, partners, regulators and shareholders.Lead people management, succession planning and organizational effectiveness.Monitor risk, governance, compliance and operational controls.Act as the external face and representative of iColo in the market.Drive employee engagement and culture.Any other duties assigned within the scope of the role.EssentialBachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Finance, Technology, Commerce or a related field.Minimum 12–15 years of progressive leadership experience.Minimum 5 years in a senior executive, country leadership, business unit leadership or general management role.Demonstrated experience managing P&L responsibilities.Proven track record in driving business growth, operational performance and organizational leadership.Experience engaging with senior customers, regulators and executive stakeholders.PreferredMBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.Experience within data centres, telecommunications, technology infrastructure, cloud, digital infrastructure, utilities, engineering or related sectors.Experience operating within multinational or matrix organizations.Experience leading business transformation and organizational growth initiatives.
