Country HSE Manager

We are looking for an experienced Home Office-Based Country HSE Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of our Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) programs.This is a key leadership role responsible for providing strategic HSE direction, supporting project teams across offices and project sites, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving a strong culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization.Key Responsibilities✅ Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s HSE Management System.✅ Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, client requirements, and corporate standards.✅ Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and performance reviews to drive operational excellence.✅ Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implementation of corrective actions.✅ Support project teams with risk assessments, HSE planning, and mitigation strategies.✅ Develop and deliver HSE training, awareness, and competency development programs.✅ Monitor HSE performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.✅ Champion continuous improvement initiatives and environmental stewardship across the business.Qualifications & Experience🔹 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.🔹 Minimum 15 years of HSE experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position.🔹 Proven experience supporting engineering, consulting, or EPC projects.🔹 Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, risk management methodologies, and incident investigation techniques.🔹 Professional certifications such as NEBOSH Diploma, CSP, CMIOSH, Lead Auditor, or equivalent are highly desirable.What We're Looking For✔ Strong leadership and communication skills.✔ Ability to influence, engage, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.✔ A proactive, solutions-focused approach to HSE management.✔ A genuine passion for building and sustaining a positive, high-performing safety culture.If you are passionate about driving HSE excellence and making a meaningful impact on organizational performance, we'd love to hear from you.
