Country Manager – TikTok LIVE AgencyWe are looking for a Country Manager to lead our TikTok LIVE agency in Dubai, UAE. You will take over an established team and an active creator roster, with full responsibility for performance, people, and growth in the market.This role is for a hands-on leader who can step into a running operation, raise its standards, and scale revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the country's P&L, revenue targets, and overall business performanceLead and manage the existing team of agents, setting clear goals and holding them accountableReview current team structure and make changes where needed to improve coverage and resultsDrive creator recruitment and onboarding to grow the roster in quality and sizeSet and enforce creator performance benchmarks, including LIVE days, hours, and revenue targetsTrack creator and agent performance weekly and act quickly on underperformanceManage and refine compensation and commission structures for creators and internal teamsIdentify high-potential creators early and build growth plans around themImprove internal workflows, reporting, and operational processesBuild and maintain a strong relationship with the TikTok LIVE team in the marketReport regularly to senior management on results, risks, and plansRequirements3+ years in talent management, influencer marketing, live streaming, or a creator agencyProven experience leading and developing a teamTrack record of owning targets and delivering revenue growthStrong understanding of TikTok LIVE or similar live streaming platformsData-driven, comfortable working with performance metrics and dashboardsStrong communication and negotiation skills with creators and partnersHighly organized with strong execution and follow-throughFluency in [local language] and EnglishNice to HaveExisting network of creators in the UAE.Experience working directly with TikTok or another platform's partnerships teamExperience taking over and turning around an existing teamWhat We OfferFull ownership of a market with real growth potentialCompetitive salary plus performance-based incentivesDirect access to senior leadership and a fast-moving regional team
