Country Manager / Head of Operations (USA)

As we expand into the United States, we are looking for a dedicated operational leader to establish our US headquarters in South Florida. Serving as Employee #0, you will have the unique opportunity to build operations from the ground up, focus on growing the business and expanding our global leadership, while driving your own personal and professional growth alongside an expanding international brand.Role objective Lead the opening and consolidation of the new headquarters in South Florida, acting as Employee #0 in the United States.Reach a turnover of $3 to $4 million USD within 3 years, building the local operation from the ground up.Compensation & benefitsBase Salary: 60 to $80,000 USD per year Incentive Scheme: Attractive variable bonus based on performance and milestones (revenue targets and operational efficiency).Key responsibilitiesOperations & Supply Chain: Manage the end-to-end process of imports, local logistics, and efficient order management.Customer Service: Lead the post-sales service and direct customer support for the US market.Administration & Compliance: Execute and oversee the initial administrative, legal, and financial setup to enable business operations.Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, and develop the initial local team of 2 to 3 people.International coordination (Barcelona Hub)Remote Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the headquarters in Barcelona, where the Web Design, Purchases and Commercial Strategy teams will remain centralized.Operational Synchronization: Act as the local bridge to execute leads and commercial strategies generated from Spain.Requirements & backgroundOperations Experience: Strong background in administration, foreign trade/imports, and customer service.Team Management: Proven experience leading or coordinating small work units (2 to 5 people).
