Initially this is a player/coach role; you will be leading a team of recruiters to get in the weeds with recruiting as well as developing best practice recruitment delivery and operations locally. The Country Manager for Portugal will play an integral role in business development, furthering the global expansion of Russell Tobin and Pride Global.The OpportunityResponsibility to lead the recruiting operations for Russell Tobin within the Portugal marketDevelop existing global client relationships and identify new business opportunities to effectively expand the Portugal businessEnsure a continuous pipeline of candidates within the team’s focus areasEnsure each candidate has a high touch and positive experienceConnecting with clients to problem solve, offer feedback and create solutions for their recruiting needsContinue to evolve and create recruiting best practicesLeading team and individual training and development for new and existing recruitersDrive to meet business development and hiring goals, whilst elevatating team members to achieve their ownYour Qualifications8+ years’ experience within contract / temporary recruitmentLikely been a Recruiter, Client Services Consultant or Account Manager with operational experience gained in PortugalProven track record of success in maintaining client relationships and exceeding recruiting goals in the Portuguese marketKnowledge of Portuguese employment lawExperience of managing contingent workers in a compliant and world class fashionExperience directly managing a teamExceptional written and verbal communication with senior stakeholdersAbility to multi-task and work cross-functionally across a national practiceMissing something?
