Country Warehouse Manager

Role Overview:Lead and manage warehousing and logistics operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality processes across receiving, storage, order picking, shipping, and store deliveries.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and improve warehouse receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes.Ensure stock accuracy, product quality, and proper storage conditions.Oversee delivery planning, routing, fleet, drivers, and vehicle operations.Monitor warehouse and transportation performance through KPIs and reports.Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and government requirements.Manage vendor and supplier coordination and communication.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, space utilization, and transportation costs.Ensure safety, organization, and continuous process improvement across operations.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.7+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, preferably within the food/restaurant industry.Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel and regularly visit warehouses.
