Role PurposeEasyParcel is a parcel delivery aggregator platform connecting merchants to a network of courier partners across Malaysia and Singapore. The Courier Partnership Manager owns and grows EasyParcel's relationships with courier partners — managing commercial arrangements, identifying joint business opportunities, and resolving operational issues that affect shipment flow and merchant experience. This role is central to the health of EasyParcel's core supply side: the courier network.💰 Up to RM8,000 Basic Salary + Performance Incentives📍 Bayan Baru, PenangKey Responsibilities1. Own Courier Partner Commercial StrategyTake full ownership of EasyParcel's commercial relationships with courier partners — shaping rates, service levels, and contract terms with real decision-making influence.Design win-win agreements that strengthen EasyParcel's position while building durable, long-term partner relationships.Directly influence company margins and service quality through the deals you structure — high-visibility work with measurable business impact.Review and renew partnership agreements periodically, ensuring terms evolve in line with business growth on both sides.2. Business Development with PartnersProactively identify new business opportunities with existing and prospective courier partners (new services, new coverage areas, new fulfilment options).Build a genuine "grow together" partnership model — treating courier partners as long-term collaborators, not just vendors. Source and onboard new courier partners where gaps exist in EasyParcel's network coverage or service tiers.Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to package courier partnerships into merchant-facing value.3. Operational Issue ResolutionAct as the primary escalation point between EasyParcel and courier partners for operational issues (delays, lost parcels, API/integration issues, service disruptions).Work with internal Customer Service and Product/Tech teams to diagnose root causes and drive fixes with partners.Track partner service performance (SLA adherence, complaint rates, resolution time) and hold partners accountable to agreed standards.Anticipate and pre-empt operational risks arising from partner-side changes (system migrations, capacity constraints, policy changes).4. Relationship & Network ManagementMaintain and expand a strong personal network within the courier and logistics industry across Malaysia and Singapore.Represent EasyParcel at partner meetings, industry events, and site visits — including travel to partner offices, hubs, and depots as required.Build trust-based relationships at multiple levels within partner organizations (operations, commercial, and leadership).RequirementsExperience : 3-5+ years in courier, logistics, last-mile delivery, or a related B2B partnership/vendor management role. Prior experience negotiating commercial contracts is essential.Commercial Acumen : Strong track record structuring commercial agreements — able to shape terms that work for both sides while protecting company interests.Logical & Analytical Thinking Sharp, structured problem-solver. Able to break down operational issues to root cause and build data-backed cases in negotiations.Responsibility & Accountability : Owns outcomes end-to-end. Follows through on commitments to partners and internal stakeholders without needing close supervision.Networking : Confident relationship-builder with strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable engaging senior partner leadership.Travel : Willing and able to travel frequently within Malaysia and to Singapore for partner meetings, site visits, and events. Travel is a core, non-negotiable part of this role.Communication : Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage for coverage of Mandarin-speaking partners and merchants.Industry Knowledge : Understanding of parcel delivery / e-commerce logistics operations; familiarity with courier SLAs, rate structures, and fulfilment models preferred.
