By bridging geoscientific data with actionable decisions, Corex empowers professionals to move from analysis to execution with clarity and confidence.Role Description Course Instructors at Corex Training Institute design, deliver, and update training programs in geoscience and related engineering disciplines for exploration and development roles. Instructors develop course materials, including presentations, exercises, case studies, and assessments aligned with industry workflows and field practices. They facilitate live remote sessions, provide mentorship and coaching to learners, and offer individualized feedback to support skill development and professional growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning curricula, coordinating with the consulting and technical teams to integrate current industry examples, maintaining course documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of training standards. This is a full-time remote role, requiring regular online teaching, collaboration through digital platforms, and participation in virtual team meetings.Qualifications Strong subject-matter expertise in geoscience or related fields (e.g., geology, geophysics, petroleum engineering, mining engineering, remote sensing, or GIS).Experience designing and delivering technical training, workshops, or university-level courses, preferably in exploration and development contexts.Ability to develop clear instructional materials, including presentations, practical exercises, and assessments, aligned with industry workflows and standards.Proficiency with digital teaching tools and learning platforms, such as video conferencing, learning management systems (LMS), and collaborative online workspaces.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex geoscientific data and workflows into accessible, applied learning content.Effective communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to engage diverse learners, provide constructive feedback, and support mentoring relationships.Demonstrated capability to work independently in a remote setting, manage schedules, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across time zones.Relevant academic background (e.g., bachelor’s or master’s degree in geoscience, engineering, or a closely related discipline); professional certifications or industry training are an asset.Experience with field safety protocols, GIS or
