Choose a career with us and let’s pursue innovation, together.Job Summary:Minimum QualificationUniversity degree in Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or equivalent.MBA or equivalent Master’s degree is preferred.Agile, Scaled Agile, Lean, PMP or equivalent certifications preferred.Experience within Banking or Financial Services preferred.Minimum ExperienceTotal experience of 15+ years within large-scale transformation, programme delivery, operating model design or enterprise change management.Minimum 8-10 years leading complex cross-functional programmes in large organisations.Proven experience implementing Agile at scale, product operating models and/or Value Stream Management frameworks.Strong understanding of portfolio management, governance, funding and planning processes.Experience working across Business, Technology and Transformation functions.Strong stakeholder management capability, including influencing senior executives and managing competing priorities.Excellent communication, facilitation and executive presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to drive organisational change across large, complex environments.Experience defining KPIs, operating models, governance frameworks and transformation roadmaps.Ability to work within fast-paced environments while managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.Willing to learn, collaborate, go the extra mile, and demonstrate high level of integrity with ability to handle highly confidential information appropriately.
