Additionally the lift operator safeguards the placement and moving the boats in the dry dock area as well as proper maintenance of boats stored in the dry dock facility according to company procedures.Key AccountabilitiesHauling boatso Performing lift & launch operations using cranes or other equipment to lift boats out of the water and transport them to dry dock storage areas.o Ensure that supporters are properly stacked and that the necessary maintenance is doneUsing pressure washing equipment to clean boats and remove dirt, grime and marine growth from hullsCustomer Service: interacting with Boat owners to discuss needs & provide add on services based on needs.Facility maintenance: Maintaining the dry dock facility, including cleaning and organizing work areas, performing minor repairs, and ensuring safety and compliance with regulationsRecord keeping of all lift and launch and other operations in the boatyard area.General checks and patrol of the drydock areaEnsures that all H&S measures are taken for self, colleagues, 3rd parties and boatsOffer support to other marina operationsCore Competences and experienceStrong attention to detail (for inspection of boats)Problem solving – ability to diagnose problems.Work under pressureCommunication skills, team workTime managementSafety awarenessMust-have Professional/Technical qualificationsGood understanding of boats, their components and systemsTravel lift operation certificate is mandatoryFluency in English is considered a plusNo military obligation for male candidatesWhat We OfferCompetitive Base Salary, reviewed against market standards.Additional Benefits & Perks, including a Ticket Restaurant card on monthly basis.Private Life & Health Insurance: Comprehensive private coverage for you and your family.Opportunities for growth and development.
