Creative Agent

Huxley is seeking a Creative Agent to join their global team. The candidate should be based in London and should have a minimum of three years working in a similar role.Skills & Requirements -Identify and procure brand opportunities for a roster of high calibre creative talent (photographers, stylists, hair and makeup artists, creative directors)Strong ability to negotiate and implement to briefIdentify, recruit, and sign creatives who align with agency's visionBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including advertising agencies, fashion brands, publications, and individuals seeking creative services.Develop personalised career strategies and plans for each represented artist to maximize their visibility and success.Confidence working to qualitative and quantitative quarterly and yearly targetsOversee all details related to artist contracts, including fee negotiations, budget management, and payment trackingMonitor and report on revenue and expenses associated with represented artistsBeing aware of commercial news, cutting-edge opportunities, and industry newsReporting to clientsTraveling globally on behalf of HuxleyContribute to the management of junior team membersBuilding IP projects for clients Creating relationships / opportunities Interested applicants should send a cover letter and copy of their CV to Jade@huxley.world
