Role OverviewAt Quest, we are looking for a talented and passionate Creative Copywriter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you won't just be writing for a single brand; you will be the core voice speaking on behalf of a diverse portfolio of our clients. Your mission is to craft persuasive messaging, engaging stories, and innovative campaigns that capture audience attention and achieve our clients' marketing goals. If you have a boundless imagination and the exceptional ability to step into the shoes of various brand personas, we want you on our team!Key ResponsibilitiesWrite, edit, and proofread highly creative and persuasive copy across various client channels, including social media, landing pages, campaigns, and video scripts.Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Graphic Designers, and Marketing teams to develop integrated campaigns that bring our clients' visions to life.Master and seamlessly adapt to the unique Brand Voice of each client, ensuring absolute consistency across all deliverables.Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh campaign ideas for existing clients, and contribute to compelling pitches to win new business.Monitor content performance and audience engagement to continually refine messaging and optimize client results.Requirements & QualificationsProven experience as a Creative Copywriter (prior marketing/advertising agency experience is highly preferred), backed by a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across different industries.Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a meticulous eye for detail and grammar.Solid understanding of SEO principles, audience psychology, and current digital marketing trends.Outstanding time management skills and flexibility to juggle multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
