Creative Designer — Generative AI

We are looking for a highly creative, AI-native Designer who combines strong visual design fundamentals with advanced hands-on experience using Generative AI tools. This is not a traditional graphic design role. The ideal candidate actively uses AI as part of the creative process—moving rapidly from concept to high-quality visual execution across branding, campaigns, digital experiences, presentations, video, motion, and social content. The candidate should be equally comfortable developing a creative concept from scratch and using AI to dramatically accelerate and elevate its execution. Key Responsibilities - Develop compelling creative concepts, visual identities, campaigns, and digital experiences. - Use Generative AI extensively for image generation, video, animation, ideation, storyboarding, design exploration, and production. - Translate briefs and strategic ideas into strong visual narratives and creative directions. - Create high-quality assets for: - Brand and corporate communications - Digital and social campaigns - Websites and interactive experiences - Presentations and pitch decks - Events and experiential concepts - Video, motion graphics, and short-form content - Develop sophisticated prompts and workflows to achieve consistent, production-quality AI-generated outputs. - Combine AI-generated assets with traditional design techniques to produce polished final work. - Experiment continuously with emerging AI creative technologies and introduce new capabilities into the team's workflow. - Work with creative, strategy, marketing, technology, and production teams from concept through final delivery. - Maintain strong standards for brand consistency, visual quality, originality, and accuracy. AI & Creative Toolset Candidates should have strong experience with several of the following: Generative AI - Midjourney - Adobe Firefly - ChatGPT / GPT image generation - Google Gemini - Flux - Stable Diffusion / ComfyUI AI Video & Motion - Runway - Kling - Veo - Higgsfield - Luma - Sora or equivalent emerging platforms Professional Creative Tools - Adobe Photoshop - Illustrator - After Effects - Premiere Pro - Figma Experience building multi-tool AI workflows rather than relying on a single platform is highly desirable. Required Profile - Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design and creative thinking. - Demonstrable portfolio of AI-generated or AI-assisted creative work. - Strong understanding of composition, typography, branding, color, visual hierarchy, and storytelling. - Advanced understanding of prompt engineering for creative production. - Ability to maintain character, product, environment, and visual-style consistency across AI-generated assets. - Ability to move rapidly from idea → prototype → refinement → production. - Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize when AI-generated work is visually impressive but commercially unusable. - Comfortable experimenting with new tools and adapting as the Generative AI landscape evolves. What We Are Looking For We want a designer who sees AI as a creative multiplier, not a replacement for design thinking. The successful candidate should be able to take a simple brief and use a combination of creative direction, design expertise, Generative AI, motion, and storytelling to produce work that would traditionally require significantly larger creative and production teams. Portfolio requirement: Applicants should submit both traditional design work and examples demonstrating how they have incorporated Generative AI into their creative process.
