Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe’re looking for a Creative Director to help define the next stage of a fast-growing women’s activewear and lifestyle brand.This role will shape the creative vision and visual identity across campaigns, photoshoots, product launches, social, e-commerce, retail, and brand experiences. You’ll work closely with leadership to turn business and product strategy into compelling creative that strengthens the brand and community. This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll concept, direct, review, and execute while building the creative systems, standards, and team needed to scale.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & Brand LeadershipDefine and evolve the brand’s visual identity and creative standards.Develop creative concepts and storytelling for campaigns, launches, and seasonal moments.Translate brand and product strategy into customer-facing creative.Stay current on fashion, activewear, fitness, content, and cultural trends.Creative Direction & ProductionLead campaigns and photoshoots from concept through final delivery.Develop briefs, mood boards, styling direction, casting, locations, and visual references.Direct photographers, videographers, stylists, and production partners.Lead on-set creative decisions and ensure high-quality execution.Ensure shoots produce assets for social, e-commerce, marketing, and community channels.Post-Production & OperationsOversee photo selection, editing, retouching, and final approvals.Build efficient systems for asset management and creative workflows.Ensure creative is delivered accurately, consistently, and on time.Team & CollaborationLead, mentor, and develop the creative team.Manage freelancers, agencies, photographers, stylists, and production partners.Partner closely with Marketing, Social, E-Commerce, Product, Community, and Retail.Align creative with both brand-building and commercial goals.Qualifications7–10+ years leading creative for fashion, activewear, lifestyle, or beauty brands.Proven experience directing campaigns and photoshoots end-to-end.Strong portfolio in creative direction, visual storytelling, and brand building.Experience scaling a brand and building creative teams or systems.Experience managing internal teams, freelancers, agencies, and production partners.Women’s fashion, activewear, or lifestyle experience strongly preferred.Athlete, creator, or talent-led content experience is a plus.Strong understanding of photography, styling, production, and post-production.Comfortable with Monday.com, Google Drive, and digital asset management systems.Strong understanding of social-first and platform-specific creative.
