Creative Director (Art)

BigTime Creative Shop is an Emmy®️ winning creative agency, ranked #3 globally on WARC, working with global brands and building ideas that live in culture.We’re looking for a Creative Director who sets the standard, not follows it.This is not a role for someone who manages output.This is for someone who leads thinking, shapes ideas and pushes teams to deliver work that stands out globally.What you’ll be doing:- You’ll lead creative direction across key accounts, from the first idea to the final execution.- You’ll drive work that goes beyond campaigns into culture, making sure every piece of output earns attention and creates conversation.- You’ll work closely with strategy, production and leadership to build ideas that are both bold and well crafted.- You’ll mentor and develop creatives, pushing the team to raise the bar across everything that leaves the building.What we expect from you:- 10+ years of experience in global agencies.- A strong background across film, digital, social and innovation.- A portfolio that proves you can lead award winning ideas that travel and create impact.- Experience working on global brands or large scale campaigns.- Ability to balance big thinking with strong execution and craft.- Confidence to present, challenge and elevate work at every stage.
