As the company grows, we are investing in a distinct creative identity - and hiring the person to lead it.𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲The Creative Director will hold 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆'𝘀 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, leading the creative team and setting the standard for everything the brand publishes.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀- Define and own creative direction across all brand channels- Lead, mentor, and review the work of designers and content creators- Plan and deliver campaigns in coordination with the marketing team- Develop content strategy across social, video, and print- Uphold quality and consistency standards across all published material- Present creative concepts and performance outcomes to management- Track market and design trends to keep the brand ahead of competitors𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀- 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲- A 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗼 of campaign and brand work- Strong command of design, content, and visual storytelling- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop creative talent𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿- Full ownership of the brand's creative direction- A stable, professional working environment- Professional development support- A capable team ready to execute your visionTo apply, 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗩 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗼 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻.
