This isn't a social media coordinator role — you'll own ideation, aesthetic direction, and posting strategy across multiple connected brand identities, with the daily output to match.You will help shape a personal brand while alongside a Miami entrepreneur — a retired professional athlete, real estate broker, and menswear founder.What You'll OwnDaily content ideation and production across Instagram (primary) and TikTok (secondary)Daily UGC Content, Videography, Photography, and Editing Creative direction for a three-account architecture spanning personal brand, real estate business, and lifestyle/story contentPosting strategy and cadence with smart repurposing across platforms)Maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual standard across every piece of contentBalancing two audiences at once: a broad, culture-building audience and a narrower, high-net-worth clienteleStaying close to founder input while independently driving day-to-day creative decisionsWhat We're Looking ForA sharp aesthetic eye and strong instincts for what performs and what elevatesExperience building content systems, not just individual posts — you think in pillars, hooks, and narrative arcsSomeone who understands luxury content done right: understated confidence and earned authority.Comfortable working across founder-led personal brand content, business/brand credibility content, and behind-the-scenes storytellingSelf-directed — you bring ideas to the table, you don't wait for a content calendar to be handed to youBonus: experience in real estate, fashion, sports, or founder-led personal brandsThe StandardEvery piece of content should pass one test: does the luxury on the surface carry real substance underneath it?
