Creative Director | New York CityA new consumer brand founded by fragrance pioneer Laura Slatkin is launching nationally in 2027, and we're looking for a Creative Director to build its visual world from the ground up.The brand sits at the intersection of fragrance, lifestyle, and outdoor living, reimagining a functional category through scent and design. You would define how the brand looks and feels across product, packaging, campaigns, website, social, and retail, setting the standards that every channel works from. Not inheriting a brand system. Building one.We're looking for 8 to 10+ years in beauty, fragrance, fashion, or another highly visual consumer category, exceptional taste, strong conceptual thinking, and someone who can carry an idea from brief through execution with a lean team and the right outside partners.If building something from nothing is the part you like most, we'd love to hear from you.
